At Made By Mitchell, we want you to be obsessed with your Blursh and beyond, but if something isn't right, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been opened or tested.

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique authorization code and return address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products to prevent damage during transit; we recommend using the original shipping box if possible.

  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel back via a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
